Aim: The _ompound_d_otic process begins in childhood and despite the estimated incidence of 1/500 in Portugal, Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH) is one of the most underdiagnosed causes of accelerated atherosclerosis leading to premature cardiovascular death.
